Our process is a partnership. From your initial idea to the final handcrafted piece, we work together every step of the way. This journey ensures that what we build is more than just decor—it's a perfect reflection of your personal style and needs.

It all starts with your idea. Head over to our quote request form and tell us what you're looking for. The more detail, the better! Think about things like:

To make your design truly yours, we offer two distinct finishing techniques. You can choose one, or we can even combine them for a truly unique look!
Premium Hand-Engraving:
For a timeless, rustic feel with beautiful depth and texture. Each character is carefully routed into the wood, creating a classic artisanal piece.
Precision-Cut Vinyl:
For crisp lines, intricate logos, and flawless modern graphics. We use durable, high-quality vinyl for a perfectly clean and sharp finish.

Based on your request, we will personally design a digital mockup of your stand. This visual proof shows you exactly how your text, illustrations, and layout will look.
Premium Hand-Engraving:
Within [2-3 business days], you will receive an email from us containing:
We can then discuss any tweaks or changes you’d like to make. We don't start building until you are 100% happy with the design.

Once you approve the design and quote, the magic begins! We hand-select the perfect wood and start the crafting process right here in our Prescott workshop. From planing the raw lumber to the final details, your stand is built with care. A significant part of this time is dedicated to the finishing, as we can't apply new coats of stain and/or shellac, plus top coat until it is fully dry. This patience is the key to a durable and beautiful piece. Because of this detailed process, please allow approximately 8 days for creation.

We’ll notify you the moment your one-of-a-kind StandCraft piece is finished and ready for its new home. We will then coordinate with you for local pickup here in Prescott or arrange for shipping to your location.
