Answer. For our signature display stands and outdoor items, we primarily use durable Pine or premium Cedar, both sourced locally when possible. For cutting boards and indoor decor, we often use hardwoods like Maple, Walnut, and Cherry. We can discuss specific wood choices based on your project and budget.

Answer. Once you approve the final design and quote, the crafting process typically takes about 8 days. This includes build time and allowing proper drying time for stains and protective finishes. We'll give you a more precise timeline with your quote. 

Answer. Yes! We offer local pickup here in Prescott, Ontario. We also provide delivery options throughout Eastern Ontario, including Brockville, Kingston, Cornwall, and the greater Ottawa area. Shipping further afield can also be arranged – please contact us to discuss options for your specific location.

Answer. No, we specialize in made-to-order creations. Every piece is handcrafted specifically for a client's vision, making it truly one-of-a-kind. We don't keep inventory, ensuring your item is built just for you. (We do have 3 example stands available to view at local events). 

Answer. We offer two main styles: Premium Hand-Engraving (routing designs into the wood for a rustic, textured look) and Precision-Cut Vinyl (using durable outdoor vinyl for crisp, clean graphics and logos). We can discuss which is best for your design. 

Answer. Our outdoor pieces are finished with protective coatings. To maximize longevity, we recommend placing items in a partially covered area if possible, and reapplying a quality outdoor wood sealant every 1-2 years, depending on sun and weather exposure. 

Answer. Absolutely! While we have standard dimensions (listed on our Residential page), we can often adjust the size to better fit your space. Please include your desired dimensions in your quote request.
